Prices

All prices mentioned exclude VAT. VAT for published open course attendance in Belgium is 21%, and 3% in Luxembourg (15% for on-demand courses).

Vouchers for free training days

Take advantage of the free training days Microsoft® offers to companies who subscribe to their Software Assurance program.

Devoteam Guidance accepts Microsoft® Software Assurance vouchers for any Official Microsoft® Learning Product and assists you through all administrative procedures, should you wish it.

Reductions

For open calendar courses, you can gain the following list price reductions:

Group Reductions on the same course session (not for SUN® courses): 10% reduction for the second participant, 12% for the third participant, 15% for the fourth participant.

The above reductions are not cumulative with other reductions.

Tax reductions

Devoteam Guidance’s education customers can obtain tax reductions (crédits d’impôts) under certain conditions, since Devoteam Guidance is recognized by the Luxembourgish State as an ‘Organisme de formation professionnelle continue’.

Registration

You can register online, through our website, for any open calendar course given at either Brussels or Luxembourg. You can also send your registration by fax, e-mail or postmail, for which you can use this Course Registration Form.

By sending your registration you accept the Terms and Conditions below.

Course Confirmation

Your registration is definitive when you receive the course confirmation from Devoteam Guidance. This confirmation includes all the practical details regarding the course: location, hours, parking, etc.

Invoicing and payment

With your course confirmation you will receive the invoice which is payable upon receipt, before the start of the course.

Cancellation or postponement of a class seat

You may cancel or postpone your registration free of charge with a written notice given more than 10 working days before the course starts.

If your cancellation or postponement notice arrives 9 or less working days before the course starts,Devoteam Guidance reserves its right to invoice 50% of the course price (replacement of a participant with another is free of charge). If the participant does not come for the course or cancels the day before the course starts, the full course price is applied.

Cancellation/postponement must be received in writing and be acknowledged by Devoteam Guidance.

Course postponed or cancelled

Devoteam Guidance reserves its right to postpone or cancel a course when necessary, for instance when participants number 3 or less. We will endeavour to notify participants at least 5 working days in advance. In case of postponement, all participants will automatically be registered for the next session of the same course.
