We have some areas where we particularly focus our recruitment:

• Program management – We look for an experienced program manager who can contribute to developing this area with us further.
• Organizational development – We look for leaders in this area with solid experience, their own networks and the capacity to develop organizational development services in Devoteam Guidance.
• Innovation – We look for you that have experience, your own network and the ability to contribute in market development.
• Architecture and infrastructure – We seek consultants with top competencies in these areas.

Incidentally we seldom refuse candidates with competencies in our other service areas, minimum 5 years of experience, excellent collegial spirit and good references.
